Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

2. How to Cancel

To exercise your right of cancellation, please send us a clear statement by email or post to:

You may use our cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

5. Exceptions to Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

• Products that are custom-made or clearly tailored to your personal needs
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
• Digital products after the download has begun
