How do I place an order in the VANYX Shop?
Select your desired product and variant, add it to the cart, and complete your purchase through our secure Shopify checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed through the secure Shopify checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Smaller items like merchandise or accessories are shipped via DHL for EUR 5.50. Larger products such as vehicle parts, roof racks, or carbon components are shipped as freight for EUR 49.00. Delivery times vary by product and are shown transparently in the shop.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Germany. For international deliveries, please contact us by email at info@vanyx.io – we will find an individual solution for you.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving reasons. Simply send us a statement by email to info@vanyx.io or by post. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Custom or personalized products are excluded.
How does the return process work?
Notify us of your withdrawal by email (info@vanyx.io) or in writing. Ship the goods back within 14 days to: Smart Adventure GmbH, Mahlberger Straße 2, 77975 Ringsheim, Germany. After receipt, we will refund the purchase price including the original delivery costs within 14 days.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
